Notes

Industrial-scale ammonia water source heat pump for district heating and industrial process heat. Module capacities 500 kW to 8 MW (largest site 14.3 MW). Extracts heat from rivers, lakes, seawater, mineshafts, aquifers and industrial waste streams. Simultaneous heating and cooling: delivers >3 kW heating and 2 kW cooling per 1 kW electricity.

R717 ammonia, GWP 0, zero ODP. Heats to 85°C standard, up to 90°C (Drammen). Bespoke factory-tested modular design built in Glasgow. References: Queens Quay Clydebank (Scotland’s largest WSHP district heating), Drammen Norway (world’s largest 90°C natural heat pump, €2m/yr savings).
